We would really like to see more information in the task option. I do a majority of my work remotely or have meetings that may take me away from my Macbook. I would like to have both the option to set a task WITH a reminder to the note I’m putting in AND to have relevant information when I receive a notification for a follow up task. Here’s what would be helpful:
Name: Title: Phone #: Email: Last Note: (whatever the last note was that we put in the system - aka the reason for a task in the first place)
This is a very valuable feature BullHorn and other systems have and would like it incorporated to CATS at your earliest convenience.
