It would be great if we could have some sort of flexibility with the “Send on Application” emails.
For me, it would be better if we could send a different email based on the application that the candidate completes, instaed of one email being used across the entire portal. We use different applications, and if we could customize our messaging based on that it would be a direction that we would want to go in as the standard “send on application” email isn’t always the appropriate email for every situation, and that’s based on how we use CATS. Ideally I would send a different email for a couple of clients/openings, and I could trigger those based on a specific application being completed.
It would certainly open the door to further customization here on our end in a way that would benefit us greatly.
