Phone assessments to candidates

I really like the feature in Indeed that would allow me to send a potential candidate an automated phone assessment/screening. This was a great way for me to weed out the people who are just mass applying to those really interested in working for my company. It also allowed me to spend time doing other recruiting tasks and not having to call 40-50 people a day. I hire all front-line employees and this time-saver was huge for me.
