- Just candidates
- Just clients
- I don’t utilize exit surveys
But I’ve wanted to - just been so busy that I’ve not implemented this- I feel it would be smart to do.
I totally understand spinning a lot of plates! Once you’ve got it all laid out, though, it doesn’t take much upkeep. An easy implementation is to create an online survey - it takes a lot of the hassle out of wrangling someone for a phone call or follow up meeting. You can sign up for SurveyMonkey for free, but if you use Google Suite for business already, I recommend creating a Google Form. They’re easy and the results go right to a Google spreadsheet for easy analysis and sharing.
If you’re interested in implementing exit surveys, here are a couple helpful resources:
This template provides a pretty solid recruitment satisfaction survey.
If you are looking for more/different questions, we wrote an article on the CATS blog with a lot of sample exit survey questions to help you with idea generation.
After that, all you have to do is share the survey link with candidates/clients, and bada bing!
