Chrome extension setting incorrect status

When I parse a candidate from LinkedIn to CATS using the Chrome extension, it sets the candidate’s status as “No Contact - Website Applicant”. Clearly the candidate is not an applicant if I’m parsing the candidate in.

For the past few years it’s always set it as “No Contact”, I’m not sure where the issue is.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Eric,

When adding a candidate to a job via the extension, we’re going to set them to the very first status in your workflow. My guess is previously you had a No Contact status as your first status. You can edit your workflow by going to Settings > Administration > Workflow.
